My greatest desire in the services that I provide is to see
a safe and trusting relationship between horse owner and
their horse. Whether it be a colt or untrained horse that I
have started and trained initially or a long standing
relationship that needs some fine tuning through lessons.
1) STARTING
In starting horses I do extensive round pen and ground work
to start the relationship and carry that into ground driving
and mounted work. The horse itself tells me how fast they
can advance. I may mount one in 2 days. It may also take two
weeks. When the time is right I know it. I am “Not” out to
prove my masculinity by seeing if I can buck out a horse.
This only creates fear and possible injury to both rider and
horse.

2) HORSEMANSHIP LESSONS
My horsemanship lessons are designed as a layer upon layer
system of advancement. No unnecessary , extraneous games. I
start with the very basics to create 'give' in your horse.
From how to put on a halter safely and properly and mounting
in a safe way. Everything we do will translate up to the
saddle or at a minimum build trust in both you and your
horse.

3) MUSTANGS
I have worked extensively with Mustangs and specialize in
their taming and training. So if your dream is to own one of
these great symbols of the west and don’t have a realistic
idea of the pitfalls you may run into, then please give me a
call. I offer a service from going to the BLM auction with
you to help pick out your horse to helping you tame and
train them to completion.
4) PROBLEM HORSES OR BEHAVIORAL ISSUES
I offer training of problem horses as well. I assist some of
our local horse rescues with some of their problem horses as
well as adopters of them. Mishandling and the fear that
results is the primary cause of many behavioral issues in
horses. Over loving your horse (Ladies) is also a primary
cause of pushiness and aggression or disrespect on behalf of
your horse. If you have any problems that you believe you

5) CLINICS AND SEMINARS
I offer seminars and clinics for groups or facilities in
anything from safety for volunteers at rescues to ½ and full
